📦 Returns
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused & in original packaging.
- To start a return, email us at support@gbeyond.store with your order number.
💰 Refunds
- Once we receive & check your return, we’ll update you right away.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
- All products are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality.
- If your item still arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to exchange it.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers cover return shipping unless the product is faulty.
- We recommend tracked shipping to ensure your jewelry makes it back safely.
