📦 Returns

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused & in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
To start a return, email us at support@gbeyond.store with your order number.

Flash Sale Purchases

All purchases made during Flash Sales (including the $7.99 Sale) are final and non-refundable.
We will only conduct a return or exchange in exceptional cases, and only when clear unboxing proof is provided showing an issue on our end (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item received).

💰 Refunds

Once we receive & check your return, we’ll update you right away.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

All products are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality.
If your item still arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to exchange it.
