Thank you for shopping at Golden & Beyond. We want every order to arrive smoothly and as quickly as possible. Please review the details below regarding processing times, delivery expectations, customs information, and important customer responsibilities.


🚚 Processing Time

We aim to ship all regular orders within 2–4 working days.
Orders placed on Fridays ship on Monday or Tuesday.
Holidays are not included; processing times may be longer during sales or peak periods.

Made-to-Order / Personalized Items

These require additional production time:

  • 5 –10working days, plus standard shipping time

  • Timeframes may extend during peak seasons

Worldwide Shipping Policy

For all countries:

  • FREE shipping on orders over $69 CAD

  • Orders under $69 CAD → Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, courier, and package weight

Special Note for Canada

  • Orders under $69 CAD → Shipping starts at $4.55 CAD (varies by courier and weight)


📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this to check your delivery status at any time.


🕒 Delivery Times

Delivery time estimates provided at checkout are average courier estimates.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed for International orders, as customs inspections may cause delays

  • Golden & Beyond is not responsible for courier or customs delays

  • Customers must track their parcels after shipment

🎁 Packaging

All orders are hand-packed with love and care.
Packaging styles may vary depending on the quantity of items in your order to ensure safe and secure delivery.

A Signature Gift Box option is also available at checkout if you prefer premium gift-ready packaging.

Please note:
Signature Gift Boxes cannot be shipped to all countries due to increased shipping charges.


🇺🇸 Important Information for U.S. Customers

Due to regulatory changes effective August 29, 2025, the United States ended the “de minimis” duty-free exemption. As a result, all shipments entering the U.S. may be subject to customs duties and taxes, regardless of order value.

To keep your experience simple and transparent, Golden & Beyond ships all U.S. orders as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

What this means for you:

  • You pay only the amount shown at checkout

  • All duties, taxes, and import fees are prepaid by Golden & Beyond

  • No surprise charges from U.S. Customs or couriers

  • Your order clears customs smoothly and arrives fully prepaid


🌐 International Customers (Outside the U.S.)

Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside the United States:

  • We aim to prepay and cover duties and taxes where possible

  • However, due to frequently changing customs regulations, country-specific rules, and courier policies, we cannot guarantee that all duties or taxes will always be covered

  • In some cases, local customs authorities may apply charges upon delivery

If your order is charged duties or taxes:

  • Please contact us at support@gbeyond.store

  • We will review your case and do our best to support you, depending on the destination country and circumstances

Please note:

  • Customs fees vary by country and are determined solely by local authorities

  • We are unable to estimate these charges in advance

  • Customs inspections and clearance delays are beyond our control


⚠️ Customs Duties & Address Accuracy

(Customs charges and duties do not apply to U.S. customers — all U.S. orders are shipped DDP with every fee prepaid.)

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate shipping address

  • Tracking their parcel once it has shipped

  • Responding promptly if contacted by the courier or customs authorities


🚚 Shipping Costs

Golden & Beyond covers standard outbound shipping costs, typically ranging from $9 –$25 CAD per shipment, depending on package size, weight, destination, and courier.


❗ Non-Refundable Shipping Scenarios

Shipping costs paid to the courier cannot be refunded in the following situations:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided

  • A shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid or declined customs charges

  • Delivery fails due to customer unavailability or non-response

  • An order is cancelled after dispatch

Refunds for Returned Packages

In the above cases:

  • The original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned package is received and inspected
