Packaging styles may vary depending on the quantity of items in your order to ensure safe and secure delivery.
A Signature Gift Box option is also available at checkout if you prefer premium gift-ready packaging.

Signature Gift Boxes cannot be shipped to all countries due to increased shipping charges.
🇺🇸 Important Information for U.S. Customers
Due to regulatory changes effective August 29, 2025, the United States ended the “de minimis” duty-free exemption. As a result, all shipments entering the U.S. may be subject to customs duties and taxes, regardless of order value.
To keep your experience simple and transparent, Golden & Beyond ships all U.S. orders as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

🚚 Shipping Costs
Golden & Beyond covers standard outbound shipping costs, typically ranging from $9 –$25 CAD per shipment, depending on package size, weight, destination, and courier.
❗ Non-Refundable Shipping Scenarios
Shipping costs paid to the courier cannot be refunded in the following situations:

An incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided

A shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid or declined customs charges

Delivery fails due to customer unavailability or non-response

An order is cancelled after dispatch
